CORN
Centotto Gelato's signature product! Corn, a specialty of Shinanomachi. Made with plenty of high-sugar corn grown in the highlands' climate with large temperature differences. We also paid special attention to the natural texture of the corn, leaving it with a granular texture.
NATSUHAZE - Tart
NATSUHAZE - TART
We use plenty of nutritious Natsuhaze berries, a rare Japanese berry native to Japan, harvested at Sato Natsuhaze Farm in the town. We mix in cookies to create a tart-like finish.

KUROHIME - Milk
KUROHIME - MILK
Shinano-cho's beautiful water and nature are the best environment for cows. This rich, full-bodied milk gelato is made from 100% safe, high-quality milk produced at the local "Kurohime Kogen Ranch" with special attention to feed.

Matcha
GREEN - TEA
You can't go wrong! Centotto's "Matcha" flavor is strong in color and taste. It has a subtle sweetness that is irresistible for matcha lovers. It's a product I'm confident in.
Enmei - Cha
BREND - TEA "ENMEI - CHA"
"Enmei Tea" is a non-caffeinated blended tea made by the nearby company " Kurohime Wakanyaku Kenkyusho ." It uses a famous tea from Shinanomachi that has long been loved by locals, and has a soothing taste.
This popular flavor has a milk base and the fragrant aroma of Enmei tea!

This is a flavor that can truly be called vegetable gelato.

A mix of Shinanomachi blueberries and yogurt! This highly recommended flavor matches the refreshing sweetness of blueberries with the richness of yogurt.

The broth from carefully simmered beans and crushed beans are kneaded into a milk-based gelato, with particular attention paid to the texture. Topped with beans, this popular flavor has a gentle sweetness from the beans!

A lightly sweet chocolate made with plenty of cacao. The delicious flavor of Ecuadorian cacao beans fills your mouth. This flavor has many repeat customers and is rapidly gaining in popularity!

Rhubarb was brought to Shinanomachi by Canadian missionaries who stayed there. This sorbet is made from 100% "Redstone Rhubarb," which is known for its beauty and health benefits and is characterized by its vivid red color. It is a luxurious sorbet with a refreshing and sour taste.

CERELY
The latest vegetable gelato, this quietly popular sorbet for connoisseurs makes use of the fresh aroma of celery with the addition of ginger for a refreshing finish.
PUMPKIN
PUMPKIN
The latest vegetable gelato! This gelato is made by grinding pumpkin skin and all into a paste. This is our recommended flavor, packed with the gentle sweetness and umami of the pumpkin!
