収穫せずそのまま雪の下で寝かせたにんじんは甘みたっぷり。雪中にんじんは、にんじん特有のクセや匂いが落ち着くも特徴の一つです。野菜が苦手な方でも、にんじんの甘さや美味しさを感じていただけるソルベに仕上がりました。
